CV-Library, one of the UK's leading job sites, is seeking a Partner Manager to join our growing team. Operating across the UK, EU and US markets, our partner network of publishers hosts our job feeds and drives traffic, applications and revenue and you will play a vital role in making it thrive.
In this role, you will act as the commercial bridge between our internal performance ops delivery team and our external publisher partners. The role is split between managing and growing relationships with existing publishers and identifying and onboarding new partners to expand our network. You will also lead our alliance programme, growing our US resume database through the management of existing partnerships and onboarding of new. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of publisher partners, identifying opportunities to grow traffic and application volume
- Prospect, pitch and onboard new publishers to expand distribution across UK, EU and US markets
- Own the alliance programme: source, negotiate and manage third-party relationships.
- Collaborate with our performance ops delivery teams to ensure job feeds are set up, optimised and delivering for both sides
- Monitor partner performance, spot underperformance early, and act on opportunities to maximise monetisation
- Represent CV-Library at industry events and conferences, with opportunities for domestic and international travel to network with partners face to face
- Maintain a clear pipeline of new partner opportunities and report on network growth
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in publisher partnerships, ad ops, performance marketing or the job board industry
- Genuine tenacity and enthusiasm for new business, comfortable prospecting, picking up the phone, pitching and closing, not just maintaining accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a commercial mindset
- Confidence working cross-functionally, translating between technical delivery teams and commercial partners
- Organised and data-aware, comfortable tracking performance against targets
- Familiarity with job feed distribution, CPC/CPA models, programmatic job advertising or publisher monetisation is preferred
- Experience negotiating commercial or revenue-share agreements is a plus
