We’re now looking for a commercially driven Partnership Manager to develop key NHS relationships across the South of England, for Medstrom accounts in Southampton, Portsmouth, Brighton, Dorset and London.

The Role

As a Partnership Manager, you will manage key contracted Medstrom accounts and identify/develop new business opportunities within these accounts.

You will develop, maintain, and address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible whilst engaging internal resources to best meet the needs of the customer.

- Manage and grow key NHS accounts, ensuring KPIs and high satisfaction levels.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Trusts.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing contracts.
- Track performance metrics and analyse product usage to drive improvement.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About You

To be considered as a Partnership Manager, you will need:

- Strong senior account management experience, preferably within Medical Devices
- Strong market knowledge to help identify opportunities for the business
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Extensive and demonstrable contract/service management experience at a senior NHS level with proven results
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
- Data analysis skills, including Power BI desirable
- Experience of tendering/operating leases/contract implementation an advantage
- Hold and maintain a full UK driving licence
