Parts Administrator
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Overtime: Some Saturday work required during peak periods, paid at the overtime rate.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Parts Administrator to join our busy team in Peterborough. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and occasional warehouse support.Key Responsibilities
- Processing and administering parts orders.
- Entering, updating, and tracking Proof of Delivery (POD) information.
- Liaising with customers and clients by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with packing parts when required to support the warehouse team.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Good IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business when needed.
- Confident dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- Previous experience in a parts, logistics, administration, or customer service role would be an advantage.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am–5:00pm).
