Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a role where your knowledge and initiative will be genuinely valued?

An excellent opportunity has become available with a well-established and respected independent automotive business in the Witley area. This is more than just a parts role – it's an opportunity to take ownership of the parts department, work closely with the workshop team, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the parts department
• Ordering, sourcing, and supplying parts for the workshop team
• Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability
• Working closely with technicians to keep jobs progressing efficiently
• Maintaining accurate stock control and parts records
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance departmental performance

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience within an independent garage environment would be advantageous but is not essential
• A willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the wider success of the business

What's On Offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 830-530 working hours – enjoy your weekends free
