Salary: £32,598 rising to £33,575 after successful probation
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm

The Role
As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and accurately, while maintaining excellent stock control and administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Sourcing and supplying parts for commercial vehicles
·Identifying the correct parts using electronic parts catalogues and systems
·Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers
·Serving workshop Technicians and retail customers
·Checking availability, pricing and delivery times
·Receiving and booking parts into stock
·Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
·Processing parts orders, invoices and associated administration
·Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered on time
·Identifying and ordering additional parts where required
·Maintaining accurate stock records
·Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
·Keeping up to date with commercial vehicle parts and product knowledge
 
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
·Previous Parts Advisor experience - essential
·Experience within the commercial vehicle, HGV or automotive industry
·Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
·Strong organisational
