An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Specialist to join a globally recognised, well established construction equipment manufacturer. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
- Provide quotations for parts for internal and external customers
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately
- Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts
- Processing orders and managing deliveries
- Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply
- Actively advise on parts promotions
- Previous experience working within a Parts Department or within a Parts related role
- Industry knowledge of the Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Crane, HGV, Commercial Vehicle, or Automotive sector is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferably IT literate
