Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll support customers, engineers and the wider after-sales team by ensuring parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently.
Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing parts quotations and sales orders.
- Processing urgent parts requests and after-sales enquiries.
- Chasing supplier orders and back orders.
- Raising warranty claims, work orders, purchase requests and invoices.
- Identifying parts using manufacturer systems.
- Liaising with customers, engineers and internal departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider after-sales team.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Warranty or After-Sales role.
- Experience within construction plant, heavy equipment, transport or commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work well in a busy team environment.
