Parts Advisor responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Liaise with engineers and internal teams
- Process warranty claims, sales and purchase orders
- Manage team inboxes
- Support daily team operations and cover where needed
- Monitor workload and support KPI performance
- Resolve escalated issues
- Drive continuous improvement and support new initiatives
- Experience in construction plant, transport, or similar (parts/service preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Team player with good organisation skills
- Stable, progressive environment
