We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable car dealership group in Guildford, to recruit a Parts Advisor for their busy and expanding team. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking to develop their career within a well-established company offering competitive rewards and career progression.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £29,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £39,000
  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Managing parts sales and ensuring high levels of customer service within the dealership
  • Verifying invoices and processing parts orders efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and technicians
  • Managing stock inventory and parts catalogues using Kerridge drive system
  • Supporting senior parts staff and progressing into supervisory responsibilities
  • Contributing to department profit targets and overall dealership success
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Strong understanding of parts sales, stock management, and customer service principles
  • Knowledge of Kerridge drive system is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to verify invoices efficiently and deliver excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
