We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive dealership in Oldbury, for a highly skilled Parts Advisor.   • Basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £34,000
  • Working hours of 45 per week, including a favourable Saturday rota (1 in 4)

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
  • Order, receive, and distribute vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and source correct parts for various vehicle makes and models
  • Liaise effectively with technicians and the wider dealership team
  • Manage parts stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Process parts orders ensuring timely availability for servicing and repairs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Operate within a fast-paced dealership environment, maintaining high standards of service
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role in a dealership setting
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with experience using parts management systems preferred
  • Professional, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and parts department operations
