We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our client's reputable dealership in Heathrow. The role of a Parts Advisor is vital in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within the dealership.

  • Rotating shifts: early and late shifts, including Saturdays (1 in 3)

Duties:
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal parts requirements
  • Assist technicians with parts procurement and stock management
  • Handle all aspects of parts sales, both in branch and externally
  • Manage stock levels, handle stock damage and losses, and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries professionally
  • Promote customer satisfaction by providing high standards of service
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards
  • Support promotional sales activities and assist in achieving branch targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership environment
  • Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop systems preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
