We are representing a highly regarded main dealership in Aldershot, seeking a Parts Advisor to join their well-established team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to grow within a reputable organisation that values quality service and employee development. The ideal Parts Advisor will have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of vehicle parts and excellent customer service skills.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Managing parts sales and processing orders efficiently

  • Assisting technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries
  • Ensuring all parts transactions are completed accurately and professionally
  • Supporting the daily operation of the parts department to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong understanding of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational abilities and teamwork ethic
  • Confidence in using dealership management and parts software
