- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email regarding parts enquiries
- Maintaining accurate parts records and managing inventory levels as the Parts Advisor
- Picking, packing, and organising parts for delivery or customer collection
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Supporting the team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and parts support at all times
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to identify vehicle components accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when necessary as the Parts Advisor
- Passion for the automotive industry and a proactive approach to work
