We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a premium franchise dealership in the Newbury area.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries from both retail and trade customers
• Accurately identify, source, and supply automotive parts
• Manage stock levels and maintain efficient inventory control
• Support the workshop and service departments with parts requirements
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Use internal systems to manage orders, invoicing, and stock

About You

• Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Kerridge Autoline or Pinnacle systems (desirable)
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Stable career history (maximum of 3 roles within the last 6 years)
