Parts Manager
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work

The Role
We are recruiting an organised and experienced Parts Manager to join a growing business operating within the hot tub and leisure industry.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the parts department, ensuring stock is accurately controlled and components are readily available to support engineering, servicing and installation teams.
A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the parts and stores department.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and complete regular stock checks.
- Order parts and components from approved suppliers.
- Receive, inspect and correctly store incoming deliveries.
- Pick and prepare parts for engineers, installations and customer orders.
- Operate a forklift safely when loading, unloading and moving stock.
- Monitor stock usage and ensure essential components are replenished.
- Maintain accurate records using stock-control and internal systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Handle parts enquiries and identify the correct components when required.
- Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages and damaged goods.
- Ensure the warehouse and parts department remain clean, organised and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Support occasional weekend operations during busy periods.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within parts management, stock control, warehouse operations or a similar position.
- A valid FLT licence is essential.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and stock-control procedures.
- Confident using computerised stock-management systems.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- Confident communicating with suppliers, engineers and internal departments.
- Experience within the hot tub, spa, plumbing, engineering, automotive or leisure industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
