The Role
Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the trade counter and showroom.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email.
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts and products.
- Selling parts, hardware, clothing and groundcare equipment.
- Supporting workshop technicians with parts identification.
- Receiving deliveries and processing customer orders.
- Maintaining a tidy, well-stocked showroom.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural or groundcare machinery and parts.
- Previous parts, trade counter, retail or showroom experience.
- Sales experience within the agricultural or groundcare industry.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- 39-hour working week
- 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
