Parts Sales Advisor

Salary: £27,000 per annum | Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established and growing engineering business.

This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying and supplying parts, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders, while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Handle parts enquiries via telephone and email.
• Identify the correct parts using catalogues and technical information.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Follow up quotations and maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the wider Parts team.

• Previous experience in a parts, sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Technical/engineering knowledge would be advantageous.

Salary: £27,000 per annum 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm
