- Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries, orders, and complaints
- Provide accurate and efficient parts lookup and pre-pick customer orders
- Handle customer queries with attention to detail, clarifying requests as necessary
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain precise records within the CRM system, including call logs and reports
- Escalate customer issues to senior parts advisors or management when required
- Follow company policies and procedures throughout all interactions
- Attend regular training to stay up-to-date with product offerings and company policies
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and fostering client relationships
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, either within a franchise or in a similar automotive environment
- Proficiency with parts lookup systems such as Kerridge or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a desire to progress within the automotive trade
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
