Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Supervisor to join a busy and well-established parts and retail team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Supporting the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the department. From maintaining high showroom standards to managing stock and supporting the team, you’ll ensure operations run efficiently and customers receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations within the parts and retail department
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Drive sales and support the team in achieving targets
- Act as department lead when required
- Experience in a retail, showroom, or parts department environment
- Sales-driven with a proactive, target-focused mindset
- Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery (advantageous)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT systems for stock control and ordering
- A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed
- £15–£16 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime
- 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays as required)
