- Supply parts efficiently to vehicle technicians in the workshop
- Lead and support the team of Vehicle Parts Advisors to achieve departmental targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and promote sales opportunities
- Work with dealer management and electronic parts catalog systems to ensure efficient parts processing
- Several years of experience in automotive parts sales or warehouse roles, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership or motor factor environment
- Strong IT literacy, with experience using dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Friendly, personable, and charismatic manner
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service
