Duties of a Parts Supervisor:
  • Oversee all parts department operations to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise parts department staff, providing guidance and support to meet team and individual targets
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee stock ordering and control processes
  • Offer professional advice to customers and internal departments regarding parts and availability
  • Ensure the stockroom is well-organised and maintained to standard
  • Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets and service objectives
  • Assist in implementing efficient processes to optimise parts department performance
Requirements of a Parts Supervisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive sector
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
