You could be a strong CDP who understands the demands of a modern fine dining kitchen and is interested in a move into the pastry section; or a chef with strong pastry background who is looking to skill up in a demanding fresh food environment. 
 
Exposure to Michelin Guide or AA Rosette environments would be highly advantageous.
