Key Responsibilities

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the pastry kitchen, supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods

• Producing dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation

• Supporting the pastry team with daily preparation and service

• Assisting with menu development and seasonal dishes

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section

• Ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained

• Supporting junior members of the team and working collaboratively across the kitchen

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar

• A genuine passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail

• Experience within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment

• Good technical pastry skills and a desire to continue developing

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A positive, proactive and hardworking attitude
