As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality pastry, desserts and catering across a prestigious Cambridge college.
You will play an important role in maintaining consistently high food standards while ensuring the kitchen operates to excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing and producing a high standard of pastry, desserts and sweet dishes
- Supporting the wider kitchen team with the delivery of daily catering
- Maintaining consistent quality, presentation and portion control
- Working efficiently across a busy seven-day catering operation
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
- Working closely with senior chefs and colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen service
- Contributing to a professional, positive and well-organised kitchen environment
