PSR Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for a dependable and hardworking curb and road groundworker in the Bracknell Area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Excavate, grade, and compact the subgrade to ensure a stable foundation for paving.

• Material Laying: Measure surfaces, cut tiles/pavers, and precisely lay blocks, slabs, tarmac, or asphalt.

• Equipment Operation: Operate heavy paving machinery (e.g., asphalt pavers, rollers, planers) or smaller power tools (cutters, compactors).

• Quality Control: Monitor material flow, adjust screed and feed sensors to maintain exact thickness and slope, and ensure surfaces are level and smooth.

• Site Maintenance: Mix concrete and mortar, set ironwork, clear debris, and perform routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CSCS Card:
• CPCS / NPORS
• Physical Fitness
• Experience: 3 years minimum
