Key Responsibilities

  • Input, verify, and reconcile hours, overtime, shift premiums, and absence data.
  • Compile and submit weekly pension contributions, ensuring compliance with scheme rules.
  • Validate inputs, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clean, audit‑ready records.
  • Support the Payroll Manager in finalising payroll, producing reports, and ensuring timely sign‑off.
  • Assist with routine payroll and pension queries, providing clear and friendly responses.
  • Maintain GDPR standards, support audits, and help prepare weekly payroll summaries.

What You'll Bring

  • Payroll processing experience within a weekly or high‑volume environment.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using payroll systems and Excel.
  • A proactive, organised approach and be able to work to tight weekly deadlines.
