Payroll Bureau Trainer in Reading, Berkshire

A leading payroll organisation are currently looking to hire a Payroll Bureau Trainer to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a super niche role and a newly created role for the business.

As the Payroll Bureau Trainer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver inductions for new Payroll Bureau Administrators
• Identify ongoing training needs with new hires and existing members of the payroll bureau team
• Work with individuals for personal development
• Design and create payroll manuals and training guides
• Work with managers to monitor performance

This role would suit current Payroll Managers who are looking for a change in a different direction! Those who enjoy developing and nurturing teams and team members.
