Payroll Specialist

Day to day responsibilities will be:
*Running accurate and timely monthly payroll from start to finish.
*Managing payroll changes including starters, leavers, promotions, bonuses, deductions and statutory payments.
*Preparing and checking payroll reports, reconciliations and payments.
*Ensuring PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and other statutory requirements are handled correctly.
*Responding to payroll queries with professionalism, clarity and a genuinely helpful approach.
*Working closely with HR, Finance and other teams to keep employee information accurate and up to date.
*Supporting year-end activities, including P11Ds and P60s.
*Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and controls.
