About the Role

  • You'll be responsible for managing end‑to‑end payroll for a portfolio of clients across various industries. This is a hands‑on role where you'll build strong client relationships while ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly client payrolls
  • Managing starters, leavers, statutory payments, and pension contributions
  • Handling payroll queries and providing excellent client support
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines
  • Preparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For

  • SAGE payroll experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing client payrolls within an accountancy or bureau environment
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
