What will the Payroll Senior / Supervisor role involve?

  • Overseeing the processing of payroll submissions for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations
  • Supporting team members to maintain high standards of work quality and timeliness across payroll activities
  • Managing workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, providing guidance where needed
  • Assisting with payroll-related queries including pensions, SSP, SMP, and other statutory payments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise payroll procedures and client satisfaction

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Senior / Supervisor vacancy:

  • A solid background in payroll processing, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment
  • Knowledge of UK payroll regulations, pensions, and statutory payments such as SSP and SMP
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities with the ability to support and supervise a payroll team
