PCB Design Engineer

A PCB Design Engineer with 1-2 years’ commercial experience, who has an interest in PCB Layout and is seeking a career in high quality board design, will join a growing Technology Company where you’ll interact with multidisciplinary engineers whilst learning from the Senior PCB Designer.

You’ll bring an HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent practical experience involving electronics or PCB design; will be familiar with PCB design tools such as Altium as well as having a basic understanding of component placement, routing, design rules and manufacturing outputs.  

The successful Junior PCB Design Engineer will contribute to PCB design from component library creation through to layout and release; will work with design engineers to turn schematics into structured PCB Layouts; learning and following PCB design processes and supporting design reviews.

You will have the opportunity to develop a practical understanding of RF, Digital, Analogue and Power PCB through design trade-offs.

A generous salary package will be offered up to £45/50K (depending on experience) with benefits to include a company bonus scheme, 10% company pension contribution, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and more.
