In this role, the successful PCN Quality Assurance Engineer to join a growing team of like-minded technician and engineers in the Barnsley manufacturing factory. The PCN Quality Assurance Engineer will provide support to the production teams and facilitate and deliver robust preventative actions using proven problem-solving techniques.

The ideal PCN Quality Assurance Engineer would have a PCN Weld Qualification or equivalent, be local to the factory, and want to join a family run, family feel business who offer long term stability, great working conditions and long-term career prospects.

The Role:

• To provide support to all operational processes in the development of and maintaining of Quality Systems and Procedure in line with company standards.
• Support the development of a no-fault forward culture through the facilitation of problem solving resulting in the prevention of day-to-day quality issues.
• Provide measured data and analysis of data to support management decisions concerning quality performance.
• Provide effective containment and preventative action response to customer complaints affecting your assigned areas of responsibility.
• Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 13:30.

• PCN Quality Assurance Engineer or similar.
• Local to Barnsley.
