We are seeking an experienced in-person KS2 Tutor to support a pupil in Buckinghamshire, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator with a strong understanding of PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and neurodiverse learning needs.

• Location: Buckinghamshire (in-person)
• Hours: 7 hours per week
• Start Date: September 2026
• Pay: From £25 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Deliver engaging, interest-led lessons tailored to the pupil's individual needs.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship to encourage engagement and progress.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit the pupil's learning style.
• Implement a PDA-informed approach to support learning and reduce anxiety.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate session records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Experience tutoring KS2 pupils.
• PDA-informed training and/or experience supporting children with a PDA profile.
• Strong understanding of neurodiversity and child-centred learning approaches.
• Ability to deliver flexible, engaging, personalised sessions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
