My client is seeking two Automation Business Analysts with strong Pega experience to support a workflow automation programme. The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, running discovery activities, engaging stakeholders and building a pipeline of use cases.
Key Requirements
- Proven Business Analyst experience within workflow automation programmes
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong Pega knowledge and experience with low-code platforms
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Stakeholder engagement, workshops and discovery sessions
- Feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis
- Backlog management and prioritisation
- Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Platform and/or ServiceNow
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives
