What you'll be doing
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:
- Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
- Lead and support large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Influence talent, succession, retention, and organisational development strategies.
- Use data, insights, and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
- Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, foster inclusive cultures, and drive performance.
- Collaborate with centres of expertise to design and implement people initiatives that deliver real business impact.
- Lead complex organisational design and change projects from diagnosis through implementation.
You'll be an accomplished HR professional with:
✅ Significant experience in strategic HR Business Partnering
✅ Proven experience supporting business transformation and organisational change
✅ Strong workforce planning and organisational design expertise
✅ experience influencing and coaching senior leaders
✅ A data-driven approach to solving complex people challenges
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
✅ The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
experience within a global, matrixed organisation would be highly advantageous. CIPD or a relevant Change/OD qualification is desirable.
