Description
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Partner with managers to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
- Support change management initiatives in a global, matrix-ed environment.
- Deliver HR generalist support, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation while adapting to local requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams to align HR initiatives and share best practices.
Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).
