💰Salary : £26,000 - £29,000 per year

📚HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship
We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Group HR team as a People Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, develop valuable workplace skills, and achieve a recognised Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship qualification while you work.
This is a fixed-term role for the duration of the apprenticeship, with the potential for further opportunities upon successful completion.

About the role
As part of our Group HR team, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support across recruitment, HR and training. From coordinating job adverts and onboarding new starters to keeping systems accurate and supporting training activity, no two days will be the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating recruitment adverts, inboxes and candidate queries
- Completing onboarding, pre‑employment checks and HR administration
- Maintaining accurate records, data and templates
- Helping with training coordination and inductions
- Supporting internal comms
About You
- Strong admin experience with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- A proactive, team‑focused approach
- Experience in recruitment or education is a bonus
