People & Operations Coordinator - Suffolk - £35,000-£40,000
We are currently recruiting for a People & Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, a growing Suffolk-based manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and digitally savvy individual looking for a varied role supporting both people and business operations.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in helping the business become more efficient and structured as it continues to grow.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE
Holiday: 23 Days + Bank Holidays

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team.
- Coordinating meetings, managing action plans and ensuring key projects stay on track.
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding, contracts, employee records and recruitment administration.
- Assisting with payroll preparation, employee expenses and pension administration.
- Creating reports, trackers and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Coordinating office facilities, suppliers, wellbeing initiatives and employee events.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in an Administration, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator or Operations Support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A confident communicator who can work with people at all levels.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within HR administration, payroll or recruitment would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be beneficial.
