Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their People & Culture team as a People Service Delivery Administrator.
Job Overview
This role will provide high-quality HR administrative support, helping to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all people-related processes are handled accurately, efficiently and with a strong customer focus.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support a range of People & Culture activities while maintaining compliance with governance, policies and statutory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career who is keen to build strong administrative and HR support skills within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding processes
- Generate employee contracts and manage documentation in line with agreed SLAs
- Prepare and issue employee correspondence, including annual salary and bonus letters
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage shared mailbox communications
- Support scheduling of meetings, diary management and People & Culture board activities
- Assist with employee relations administration, including note-taking at formal meetings
- Provide helpdesk support to employees and managers, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Support compliance activities, including personnel file audits, GDPR adherence and data gathering for internal and external audits
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence handling data
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support wider team activities
- Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive working relationships
- Accurate data entry skills with proficient touch typing
