We're looking for an experienced People Services Delivery Partner to lead a high-quality, coaching-led Employee Relations and People Administration service across our organisation. Reporting to the People Services Manager – Service Delivery, this is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring colleagues and managers receive a seamless, professional and customer-focused service that supports the organisation's people priorities.

Combining Employee Relations expertise, employment law knowledge and strong people leadership, you'll lead a team delivering expert advice, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, you'll help shape an efficient and scalable People Services Delivery function that builds manager capability, enhances colleague experience and delivers practical and commercially focused people solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Services team
  • Provide expert leadership on complex and high-risk employee relations matters
  • Build strong, influential relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business
  • Champion a coaching-led approach to people management 
  • Act as the organisation's senior Employee Relations expert
  • Use data, trends and insight to drive proactive interventions and continuous improvement
  • Lead the ongoing development and transformation of People Services
  • Drive innovation, technology adoption and automation
  • Partner with colleague representative groups and key internal stakeholders
  • Play a key role in shaping the future direction of People Services 

You'll Bring

  • Extensive senior-level Employee Relations experience within a large 
  • Expert knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proven experience leading complex investigations
  • Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing HR, Employee Relations or People Services teams.
  • A collaborative and credible stakeholder partner
  • Experience delivering service improvements
  • Data-driven and commercially minded
  • A continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
