People & Talent Manager (Hybrid)
I'm working with a reputable and luxury care home provider to recruit a People & Talent Manager to join their central support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning organisation with an excellent reputation, beautiful homes and ambitious growth plans. This isn't a traditional HR role.
We're looking for someone who understands recruitment inside and out. Someone who enjoys attracting great people, building relationships with managers, improving processes and making sure candidates have an excellent experience from application through to onboarding. Alongside this you'll support the wider people function including training, compliance and operational HR.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead a small team and support a portfolio of luxury care homes across the UK.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across the group.
- Workforce planning and supporting hiring managers.
- Overseeing onboarding and induction.
- Managing mandatory training and workforce compliance.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives.
- Providing operational HR advice and guidance.
- Supporting Home Office sponsorship compliance and regulatory inspections.
- Managing a small team across recruitment, HR administration and training.
- Continuously improving recruitment, onboarding and people processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or people management.
- Strong recruitment and workforce planning experience.
- Experience managing or developing a team.
- Experience with recruitment and HR within social care.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- A hands-on approach with the confidence to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Would suit candidates located in North/West London, Northern Home Counties, Midlands
Package
- £ flexible depending on experience.
