Our client, Ringway Jacobs, a leading provider of integrated highways management, is seeking a Performance Co-ordinator to join their team in Crewe.
The Performance Co-ordinator will play a key role in overseeing the Highways Performance Management Framework and collaborating with highway service area teams to track delivery against our Contract Performance commitments. This position will also lead and shape our approach to social value, fostering strong internal teams, the client, community organisations, schools and supply chain partners. Additionally, as part of the programme team, you will support broader administrative tasks related to programme delivery and training initiatives.
The Role
- Accountable for the accurate collation, validation and reporting of all performance measures outlined within the Performance Management Framework, ensuring information is complete, consistent and submitted in line with agreed reporting timescales.
- Lead the quality assurance of raw performance data, identifying and addressing risks or potential failure points.
- Produce clear and comprehensive performance reports and visualisations, highlighting trends, exceptions, current challenges and recommended improvement actions for monthly board meetings.
- Collaborate with performance indicator owners to identify and implement improvements within their respective areas.
- Ensure all performance exceptions are clearly communicated to the client through the established contact process.
About You
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Excel formulas, conditional formatting and pivot tables.
- Competence in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint, to support communication, collaboration, record keeping and day-to-day administration.
- Experience of supporting performance management, contract reporting or social value activity.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
