The Role As the Performance Manager, you’ll:
- Develop and produce regular operational performance reports.
- Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead performance reviews and ensure actions are effectively followed through.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas of underperformance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and contract performance.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, maintenance or a similar operational environment.
- Strong performance management, analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience interpreting large volumes of operational data.
- Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Interim contract through to May 2027.
- Predominantly home-based working.
- Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
- Site travel as required.
- Opportunity to influence performance across a major operational contract.
