Peripatetic Home Manager

REF 116 - REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER – SOUTH EAST PATCH (SURREY, SUSSEX & LONDON) – £70,000–£75,000 + BENEFITS

Forest Care Selection is working with an established, growing provider of care and nursing home services across the UK.

As the organisation continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a Regional Support Manager to support a portfolio of homes across the South East.

The Regional Support Manager will:

• Support home managers with improvement, turnaround and development projects under the direction of the senior leadership team.
• Provide interim management cover during home manager annual leave, absence or periods of transition.
• Work flexibly across a wide South East geography, with overnight stays as required.

The Regional Support Manager will need:

• Extensive nursing home management experience, with a proven track record of improving care and nursing homes to Good ratings.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or an equivalent leadership qualification.
• Ideally, nurse qualification with an active PIN, although this is not essential.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £75,000, alongside a competitive benefits package and genuine progression opportunities.
