They are now seeking a Personal Assistant to join their site in Birmingham on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for distribution.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous but not essential.
