Personal Assistant
Location: Sevenoaks, TN15
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus
Hours: Full time - Office based.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional PA to join the growing team at a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place (SJP).
This role will support the Practice Principle and allocated Financial Planners in all aspects of client and business operations.
The Role: Personal Assistant
You will be working with the Financial Planners and the Practice Manager with a range of responsibilities including:

- Ensuring end-to-end business and client processes are adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with the practice, SJP and regulatory standards
- Liaison with clients and third parties in relation to Cole Financial activities with the highest standards of customer service
- Acting as one of the first points of contact for client administrative queries
- Utilising all systems and processes effectively with high levels of attention to detail
- Keeping Salesforce up-to-date and maintained accurately
- Liaison with the Practice Manager for day-to-day guidance, trouble shooting and resolving client issues
- Working as a team with the other PA's, providing cover for the Practice Manager and guidance to Practice Administrators, as needed
- Completion of all required training for compliance and personal development
You will have an initial period of training to learn the practice processes and skills which will provide you with a solid foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation and Development framework.

- You are reliable with proven relevant Personal Assistant experience
- You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Client Management systems
- Keeps calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- You are a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
- You are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
- It would be useful, but not essential, to have worked in a Financial Services or professional service environment or have a financial background.

The practice is well established and highly successfully Partner Practice of SJP.
