Position: Community Pharmacist
Location: Broadstairs, Kent
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Work Setting: Independent Community Pharmacy

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred pharmaceutical care while working closely with the pharmacy team and supporting the continued development of clinical services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who is confident in a busy community pharmacy environment and is keen to contribute to the growth and development of an established independent pharmacy.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is:

• A qualified and GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Confident in leading and supporting a pharmacy team
• Experienced in or keen to develop within an independent community pharmacy
• Enthusiastic about developing new clinical services
• Able to work confidently in a busy pharmacy environment
• Reliable, professional and service-driven
• An excellent communicator with a strong patient-focused approach
• Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical and professional practice

Essential Requirements

• Current GPhC registration
• Qualified Pharmacist
• Previous UK community pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and support colleagues
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care
