Dears Pharmacy is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our growing team.

As part of one of Scotland’s fastest-growing independent pharmacy groups, you will play a key role in supporting patients and helping deliver an exceptional pharmacy experience.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager and wider team to:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist patients with healthcare enquiries
• Promote pharmacy services
• Support retail sales and healthcare product advice
• Maintain high store standards
• Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy

Requirements

• Previous pharmacy experience preferred
