Opportunity to Join a Growing Service Team
We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and expanding Managed Print Solutions provider, seeking an experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Stratford‑upon‑Avon and Leamington Spa region.
This role is ideal for a motivated, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering high‑quality technical support across a varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance and repair of photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
- Completing preventative maintenance visits and device health checks
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support
- Managing parts stock and ensuring service targets are met
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Photocopier / Printer / MFD Service Engineer
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with manufacturers such as Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Xerox or HP (advantageous)
- Good understanding of networking, connectivity and print management solutions
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training beneficial
