Our client is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join their supportive Therapy team in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist with a few years of post-qualification experience to develop their clinical skills while working with individuals with complex neuro-disabilities.

With an annual salary of £40,000–£50,000, this full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values professional development, personalised care and promoting independence.

Our client is a therapeutic community dedicated to supporting individuals with neuro-disabilities. They provide a range of essential services, including rehabilitation, nursing support and outpatient therapy, all aimed at empowering residents to live life to the fullest.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:
  • Provide physiotherapy to residents with neurological, musculoskeletal and complex conditions.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised physiotherapy interventions using evidence-based practice.
  • Support residents in achieving personalised rehabilitation goals and maximising independence.
  • Work with individuals with complex neurological conditions and varying levels of physical ability.
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, sharing information and contributing to case discussions and care planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment programmes as required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and work in accordance with professional and clinical standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the therapy service.
  • Engage in supervision, training, reflective practice and continuing professional development.

The ideal Physiotherapist will:
  • Be a qualified and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
  • Have some post-qualification clinical experience, ideally within neurological rehabilitation or a related setting.
  • Have experience or a strong interest in working with neurological, musculoskeletal and complex conditions.
  • Be confident undertaking clinical assessments and developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
  • Be committed to evidence-based, person-centred practice.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
  • Be proactive, adaptable and committed to ongoing professional development.
